A Journey in Colors and Pencils: My Collection of Paintings and Sketches since Childhood / MOKSHADA CHOUDHARY

From the innocent strokes of childhood to the burgeoning creativity of high school, my collection of paintings and sketches serves as a visual diary of my growth as an artist. Each piece tells a story, capturing moments, emotions, and experiences that have shaped my artistic journey. My fascination with art began in early childhood, as I clumsily wielded crayons and finger paints to create vibrant masterpieces on sheets of paper. These early works are characterized by their simplicity and spontaneity, reflecting the uninhibited creativity of youth. From colorful scribbles to abstract shapes, each piece represents a moment of exploration and discovery.

As I grew older, my artistic abilities began to evolve, and I transitioned from crayons to watercolors and tempera paints. I experimented with different techniques and styles, finding inspiration in nature, animals, and the world around me. Whether it was a vivid landscape or a whimsical creature, each painting reflected my imagination and curiosity.

By the time I reached middle school, my passion for art had blossomed into a full-fledged hobby. I immersed myself in drawing and sketching, spending hours honing my skills and refining my technique. Armed with graphite pencils and charcoal, I delved into the world of portraiture and still life, capturing the nuances of light and shadow with meticulous detail.  My collection from this period is marked by a sense of experimentation and exploration. I pushed the boundaries of my creativity, experimenting with new mediums and subjects. From intricate pencil portraits to bold charcoal landscapes, each piece reflects my growing confidence and artistic voice.

In high school, I also began to explore digital art, embracing the limitless possibilities of technology to create immersive, multimedia experiences. From digital paintings to graphic design projects, I embraced new tools and techniques, pushing the boundaries of traditional art forms.

My collection of paintings and sketches from childhood to high school is more than just a series of artworks—it's a testament to my growth as an artist and as an individual. Each piece represents a chapter in my artistic journey, capturing moments of joy, frustration, and self-discovery. As I continue to pursue my passion for art, I look forward to seeing where this journey takes me next.
